National Pet Dental Health Month Contest at Lemont Family Dental!

February is National Pet Dental Health Month, and even though we may not treat pets at Lemont Family Dental, we still love animals! We also want our patients to be aware that your pet can suffer from dental problems as well. When plaque is left on the teeth for a long period of time, it can lead to red and irritated gums, known as gingivitis. If this is left untreated, just like humans, it can lead to periodontal disease (gum disease).

Gum disease can lead to other serious health concerns as well, so please remember to have your pet's teeth checked!

In honor of National Pet Dental Health Month we are asking our patients to submit a picture of their furry (or scaly) friends! For every picture that is submitted, you will be entered into a drawing. We will pick one lucky winner, and you and your pet could win a prize! This contest only goes until the end of February, so don't delay in submitting your entries! You can see the entries on our Facebook page!

Good Luck!
